Simply attach the ultra-lightweight umbrella holder to the 1.5" ball, angle it in the correct position, and then secure it by tightening the large thumbscrew. Place your UV-Blocker oversized golf umbrella into the holder and position the umbrella in any number of ways to suit your needs. No tools are necessary.
